Welcome to Shenandoah Middle School
Shenandoah Middle School is comprised of grades 5, 6, 7, and 8. We offer a wide variety of academic and extracurricular programs. Math, science, social studies, language arts, STEM, physical education, band, choir, family consumer science, art, agriculture, woods, and other elective courses round out our curriculum. In addition, we offer cross country, football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, track, baseball, softball, student council, FCCLA, and other activities.
Shenandoah Middle School has a diverse staff ranging from recent graduates up to staff with years of quality experience. We pride ourselves on putting students first and eliminating bullying within our building. Our STEM programs lead southwest Iowa and beyond as we offer a variety of robotics, coding, technology, math, and other experiences that help students think about the world that they will be working in. One program, Ten80 Racing, has put Shenandoah Middle School on the national spotlight as we have brought home two National Championships in just 3 short years.
In short, Shenandoah Middle School is proud to call 601 Dr. Creighton Circle home to a wonderful building for learning and growing within education.
