IGNITE School Partners with Tarkio Tech and IWCC
IGNITE School has partnered with Tarkio Tech and IWCC to offer Career and Technical courses for the 2022-2023 school year.
Tarkio Tech is located in Tarkio, MO about 20 minutes from Shenandoah. Students will opportunities to enroll in courses and earn certificates. Tarkio Tech offers courses in: Welding, Advanced Welding, Plumbing, Wind Energy, HVAC-R, and Computer Information. All courses are onsite at Tarkio Tech. Click here for course details
IWCC has various locations in Southwest Iowa. Through IGNITE and Shenandoah High School we are able to offer certification in the following areas: Nurses Aide (CNA), Advanced Nursing, Agribusiness Administration, and Construction Technology: Carpentry. Instructions for these courses are either IWCC or SHS instructors. Courses are offered in-person and online. General study courses are also available through IWCC either in-person or online.
If you are an open enrolled student and do not have access due to distance to IWCC or Tarkio Tech we will work with a community college or tech school in your area.
