Summer Meals during Family Week (Due by July 20th)

If you are a family who uses our FREE Summer Meal Program and would like to have meals provided to you during Family Week, please fill out the attached form by July 20th!
Family Week is scheduled for July 27-Aug 2. Meals for this week will be available for pick up on Monday, July 27th from either 6:30-8:30am or 2:00-4:00pm.
In order to receive these meals, you MUST fill out the attached form!
This is a great FREE service and we hope you take advantage of it!
