JK-8 Weekly Update
JK-8 Families-- I know it is still January but before long it is going to be Spring and you will be asking "where has the time gone." That being said, we have a bunch of things that I want to make sure you have on your calendar so we don't miss anything. If there was ever an email that you should read through to completion, this would be the one!
REMINDER: NO SCHOOL TOMORROW, January 16 as this is a teacher professional development day.
We have a couple of upcoming events planned for families and students that we are excited about.
First, Thursday February 2, we will be having Family Board Game Night at the Elementary. Any and all families can come out and enjoy some popcorn and an opportunity to just sit around playing board games. This will be a great opportunity for some family bonding! This will go from 5:30-7:00 in the K8 Commons.
Next, the PTO will be hosting a "Valentine's" dance for the 6th-8th graders on Friday, February 10. Tickets will be sold in the Middle School office and the dance will run from 7-9PM.
Friday, March 24, we will be holding Family Fun Night (for elementary families) at the High School gym and hosting a dodgeball tournament (for MS and HS students) at the Middle School gym. We will have sign-ups in both the MS and HS offices as we get closer to that date.
Upcoming events:
Monday: NO SCHOOL, MS Wrestling (H) in HS Gym
Tuesday: MS Girls BB @ Sidney
Wednesday: Early out at 1:25
Thursday: MS Girls BB (H) vs East Mills
Friday: No Events Scheduled
