JK-8 Weekly Update
JK-8 Families-- As we head into our last week before break, I hope we are able to finish strong and send our kids out with a smile. I know that teachers have some great plans for this week and are looking forward to seeing your kids the next three days.
This last week has been full of sickness for students and staff. Obviously we want you to keep students home when they are ill but we would also appreciate it if you still send your other students if they aren't ill. We have had some families keeping their whole crew home even when they aren't sick and that isn't necessary.
Don't forget about the last three dress up days for all students and staff to participate. Monday is Rudolph Red Day, Tuesday is Pajama Day, and Wednesday is Ugly Sweater Day.
Just a reminder that we will be getting out for the holiday break on Wednesday, Dec 21 at our normal Wednesday dismissal time 1:25. We will then not be in-session from Dec 23-Jan 3. We return to school on Wednesday, Jan 4.
First semester grades will be finished up when teachers return from break. Report cards will go out on Jan 12.
I hope everyone will enjoy their break and come back recharged on Jan 4 for a great second half of the school year!
